How do you process the information you hold about me?

Where can I park?

Customers can use either the car park at the theatre (with two blue badge spaces) or at Millfield House (with three blue badge spaces). Parking is also available on nearby streets (e.g. Windmill Road). Bike racks can be found by the front entrance to the theatre.

Do you have a lift?

No, but we have a generous level-access provision which can also accommodate four wheelchairs. If you have any specific needs please inform our member of staff when booking. It is advisable to book early in order to secure your preferred seats. (And as per programme)

What are the box office opening times?

Mon-Fri 10am-5pm
For evening performances the Box Office remains open for half an hour after the show begins. We are closed Sundays and Bank Holidays unless there is a performance.

Is there food and drink available before the show?

The Bar & Kitchen is open 2 hours before every performance and during the interval. We have a wide selection of alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, hot beverages, and snacks all available from the bar. Please check the website for more details.

How can I find out how long the show will last?

Generally, unless the show is part of a longer run, we are unable to ascertain the running time of the show until the day of performance when the company have arrived to set up. We would therefore suggest that you ring the box office late afternoon/early evening or ask a member of the box office staff on your arrival at the theatre.

What does restricted view mean?

Row K has slightly restricted view for people of short stature (under 4'8").

Can I reserve my tickets?

Reservations must be booked through the Box Office. They will be held for up to 5 days, thereafter, if not purchased the tickets will be released. We are unable to take reservations for near sell out shows.

Can I get a refund or change my ticket for another day?

We cannot offer any refunds or exchange tickets unless a performance is cancelled. So please check your purchases carefully. In the exceptional circumstances that we can offer an exchange there will be a £3 transaction fee.

Are concessions available for every show?

Concessions are available where advertised, dependent upon the show. Discounts include: under 16's,senior citizens, full-time students and the disabled.

What happens if I'm late for a performance?

Latecomers will be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance before taking their seats. In some cases this may be the interval.

Can I bring my children to The Millfield Theatre?

Most children's shows have a recommended age suitability. At management discretion we may offer a £3 Babes in Arms tickets for children under 12 months for shows which are suitable for families, if this is required please contact our Box office team on 0208 807 6680 to book these tickets. Any child over 12 months will require a seat ticket. Please check individual show information for any age restrictions/recommendations.

Can I bring my dog to The Millfield Theatre?

We welcome guide dogs and hearing dogs at The Millfield Theatre. They can be accommodated in the auditorium or left with staff at the Box Office. This must be arranged in advance when booking.

What happens if I lose my tickets or they get lost in the post?

If you lose your tickets or they do not arrive by post please inform the Box Office and we will arrange for duplicate tickets to be left for collection when you arrive at the theatre on the day of the performance. We do not print duplicates prior to the day of the performance.
