Millfield Theatre is delighted to announce a new pantomime production for east-end landmark Hoxton Hall.

‘Red Riding Hood’ is a brand new traditional family pantomime, based on the classic fairytale, produced especially for Hoxton Hall by the team behind the renowned Millfield Theatre Pantomime.

Millfield Theatre pantomime has delighted North London audiences since 1988 with the opening of the theatre and the first production of Humpty Dumpty.Since then, the 6-week annual production has grown in popularity and reputation.Last year’s production of Cinderella broke sales records and the 2016 production of Aladdin looks set to continue this trend.

Writer and Director Marc Day said “We’re delighted to be taking the legendary Millfield Theatre Pantomime out of the borough and in to the east-end. Our panto has grown in popularity year-on-year so to take it to a different postcode is a new strand of audience development for us, and one we’re very excited about”.

With its rich history of eclectic performance, Grade II Listed Hoxton Hall has been an East End landmark since 1863. Following a £2 million restoration project the venue was restored to its former glory in 2015 with an increased capacity of 300 – more than double its previous size.

Red Riding Hood runs from Saturday 17th December – Saturday 24th December 2016 at Hoxton Hall, 130 Hoxton St, London N1 6SH.For tickets visit www.hoxtonhall.co.uk
