At Millfield Theatre we have a dedicated team of volunteers who help us on show evenings, helping us to deliver first-class customer service.
The duties of a Customer Services Volunteer involve:
- Greeting and assisting our patrons on their visit to the theatre
- Ushering the audience in the auditorium and checking tickets
- Selling sweets, ice creams, drinks and merchandise and helping out with cloakroom duties
We are looking for people who are willing to help others, who have good verbal communication skills and enjoy working as part of the team. We also request that you are able to commit to, at least, two shifts every six weeks.
