The Box Office is at Millfield Theatre,
Silver Street, Edmonton, N18 1PJ, in the foyer of the library and
theatre. |

per transaction). Telephone reservations, subject to availability,
will be held for up to three days. Please note: From 1 April
Telephone Debit/ Credit Card bookings will be subject to a £1.25 fee
per transaction. |
New! You can now book online for all professional shows at Millfield
Arts Centre. With an introductory booking fee of just 75p per
transaction, its cheaper to book online than on the phone! Just click on the online booking link for more

The Box Office is not normally open on Bank Holidays
unless there are performances on that day. |

Millfield Theatre has level access into the
building and throughout the venue. The theatre auditorium has a
limited number of level access seats. Wheelchair spaces must be
booked in advance. There are 4 wheelchair spaces in the auditorium.
1 Wheelchair users' companion will be admitted free of charge, to
assist in accessing the auditorium. Please allow extra time to take
your seat if you require assistance. The theatre has two disabled
toilets, there is a wheelchair users' toilet suite next to the House
users' carpark. There is one easy access toilet in Millfield House.
The house has level access to the ground floor only and has no lift.
There are 3 Orange Badge holders spaces in the House users' car park
and 2 in the theatre car park. |

Concessionary rates where indicated apply to
the registered unemployed, over 60's, full-time students and
children under 16. Please state which applies to you on all postal
bookings. Proof of status required. |

Have you taken advantage of our great new group rate? Book 10 or
more tickets and receive £2 off the price of each ticket, plus
get one ticket in ten free! Check the show details to see
which shows are eligible - look out for the group rate logo
(pictured right) on our website and in our brochure!. Unfortunately the group rate is not yet
offered on online bookings. |

tickets, we will ask you for your name, address and phone number.
This enables us to notify you of any significant changes to a
performance, re-issue mislaid tickets and keep you informed of
future events via our free mailing list. If you do not wish to
receive mail on our or other arts related events, please let us

If a concessionary price is given, proof of eligibility may be
requested. |

Children tickets are for ages 16 and under only -
Identification may be requested before entering the auditorium. |

Student Tickets – Full-time students with a current valid
identification – Identification may be requested before entering
the auditorium. |

Senior Citizens – Those aged 60 or older. – Identification
may be requested before entering the auditorium. |
|
Job Seekers Allowance/ ES40 Cardholders. – . Identification
may be requested before entering the auditorium. |

Disabled patrons. – Identification may be requested before
entering the auditorium. |

wheelchair spaces |
|
Those requiring a wheelchair space are entitled to an additional
free escort ticket. This cannot be booked online. |

tickets for children |
|
Children under three will not be admitted into the auditorium except to productions aimed exclusively at children. All children, including babies, must be in possession of a valid ticket. |

mistakes |
|
Tickets should be checked at time of purchase as mistakes cannot
be rectified later. |
|
refunds |
|
Tickets are non-refundable. Exchanges and refunds are only offered
in the event of cancellation. You will be refunded in the manner
in which you paid. If a show has sold out we may be able to sell
your resell tickets for you, a £2 fee will be charged for resold
tickets. |

group bookings |
|
There is a group discount for most shows. This is only applicable
for groups of 10 or more, and offers £2 off of a full price ticket
and one ticket in 10 free. For online bookings the maximum amount
of tickets that can be purchases per transaction is 10. For group
booking, please call 020 8807 6680. |

latecomers |
|
Please arrive in good time for the show. Latecomers may not be
admitted into the auditorium until a suitable break in the
performance. This may be the interval. |
|
changes to the programme |
|
At times it is necessary to make changes to the published
programme, postpone or cancel a show. If you have supplied the Box
Office with a contact number, they will be able to inform you of
this. |

Please ensure all electronic equipment and mobile phones are
switched off. |
|
photography and recording |
|
No photographic or recording equipment may be used in the
auditorium. It is a condition of entry that you adhere to this
request. Occasionally press photographers may be allowed to take
publicity in the auditorium. This will only be with the expressed
permission of the cast. Performances may also sometimes be filmed
for broadcast. There may be occasions where the audience are also
filmed. If you would like to know if a performance is being
filmed, or would like to request that you are not filmed, please
talk to a member of staff. |
